Nothing can slow down a child’s progress more than the need to have an instrument repaired. Our process drastically reduces the number of days a student is “down”, and ensures quality and convenience for both parent and student. Simply fill-out the online form for an instrument repair, and we’ll pick up the damaged instrument at your child’s school FREE of charge (see school servicing list). Additionally, while your child’s instrument is being repaired by one of our technicians, we’ll provide a FREE loaner instrument! Once the instrument is repaired, we’ll “swap” back the instrument at the school so that there is little to no interruption in your child’s progress.

This online form can also be used for rental exchanges and returns as well. The process is exactly the same. Fill out the form, click submit and our Educational Representative will pick it up the instrument at the school on the day of his scheduled visit (See school servicing list for scheduled visit).

You will receive a confirmation email from our customer care group to ensure you that we have all your information. You will also receive a call to remind you to leave your instrument at the school on the day of our scheduled school visit. (See school servicing list for scheduled visit).
