Norman Jarvis, our Woodwind and Brasswind Technician, has been repairing musical instruments for over 30 years. He started our repair service back in 1967. Norman and his wife Sue, whom is also a woodwind and brasswind technician, now go under the name Crafted Clefs Inc. The two of them are very committed to giving the performer personal service, truthful assessment of costs with a reasonable turnaround time. Through their membership with the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair they learned to use the most modern and effective repair techniques of today.
